If you wish to prepare for Civil Judge Exam, Collect all the Bare Acts and Civil and Criminal Rules of Practice.  Thereafter, mug up the table of contents in all the Bare acts. Only section number and title of the section.  I adopted this method. It worked. The reason is: the person is egoistic, he doesn’t want to believe a fact that he doesn’t know a particular thing. As you mug up the entire contents, your conscious mind informs to sub-conscious mind, the things you don’t know. As a result, the sub-conscious mind can’t remain mute. It searches for answers in its own way, unnoticed by us. Apart from that whenever you listen either through a teacher or from a book, answer these questions, an intellectual stimulation would generate in mind. The net result is it provokes you to pursue your preparation with more vigor and vitality.  As a result, you become more curious and interested towards the subject. This makes your mind a competitive oriented and academic bent and studying law as a pleasurable affair. All the above, it gives confidence that you have an idea over entire subject.
