CONDITIONS FOR CONTRACT OF SALE OF BOOK

I hereby abide by the following conditions and accordingly purchased the Book called “PALSA R’s CIVIL JUDGE EXAM READING MATERIAL (MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FORMAT)”(For convenience sake hereinafter referred as Book).

1. That I agreed to Purchase this book for an amount of Rs. 2500 /-.
2. I know this book contains only those Subjects and answers to those questions that are covered under Jr.Civil Judge exam syllabus prescribed by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature: Hyderabad. I was informed that this book contains Four Hundred and Four pages only (372).
3. I agree that the Book can be delivered either by Speed post or Courier service at the choice of the Merchant. I agree that in the usual course that the book can be delivered to me within seven days from the receipt of money into the merchant account. I agree to give a correct and complete address with Post Index Number and Mobile number.
4. I agree that the book once purchased shall not be returned or amount is refunded.
5. I agree that all disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, India.
6. I agree to resolve disputes, if any, by way of arbitration and arbitrator appointed at the sole discretion of the Merchant.
